assure your success and help you take the fun with you till the next
time. Wear loose fitting clothes & indoor only, athletic footwear. NSDC's hip-hop instructor Victor Taylor is a fully certified Zumba fitness instructor.

Latin Pulse uses Latino dance steps that raise your heart rate, tone and tighten your entire core, and teach you exciting new dance moves all at one time! Using standing rhythmic crunches, you can forget back-breaking sit ups
and endless crunches on the floor. Our Latin Pulse class will help slim and tone your body because it's based on
the most effective moves from latin dance.
